Jake's Christmas program was last night. The pictures turned out terrible but I thought I would post them anyway. I'm not sure how much he sang on stage but he was singing Jingle Bells pretty loud on the way back to the car.

Weekend in Charlotte
Last weekend we traveled to Charlotte to see Aunt Tonya, Auggie Dogg, Emily, Aunt San, and Caroline. Jake was very excited and couldn't wait to see everyone.
The kids playing.Jamie and Emily getting a good nap.
The Colvilles!
On our way out for the night. So sweet!!
Loves to talk to Kellogg! (we don't teach him to say Kellogg but that's exactly what he calls him).
This was definitely a treat to see Mickey Mouse.
We also took a trip to see Santa Clause. Jake did as good as I thought and Daddy was nice enough not to capture that part on camera. He screamed and screamed until I told him to tell Santa bye. He's never said bye and waved so fast to anybody before. Emily did great but Jake didn't care about that at all.
Doesn't look so happy.
Watching Emily.
Emily's first time meeting Santa.

Just being Jake...
Outside playing with Bailey.
Watching cartoons with his Mickey Mouse balloon.

At the USC basketball game.
Jake thought the CAUTION sign was a toy and he wanted to carry it around the store. Of course Aunt Suzanne let him :)
Just resting.
Watching TV with Mickey.
The mall is our new favorite place to eat. Jake will actually sit the whole time as long as he can see the Carousal.
Jake has wanted to sleep with his Gamecock hat for the past few nights. It was on his head when he went to bed so I guess he was able to find a way to get comfortable and still have his hat on.

USC vs. Clemson
The last game of the season is the biggest for us all since we have a Clemson fan in the mix. The outcome wasn't the best but at least the USC fans walked out of the stadium with everybody else and not during the 3rd quarter. Still have to say...GO GAMECOCKS!!
Emily wasn't feeling good so Tonya and John decided to stay home this time. Glad to say that Emily is feeling much better. This was our tribute to the Colvilles.
Jake and Mickey Mouse watching a movie.
It was so cold that even Nana had to put on something warm.
Thanks again to Nana and Pop for all that yall have done to make tailgating so much fun each week. Until next football season....

Happy Thanksgiving!
We hosted Thanksgiving at our house this year. It was another great time of everybody being together.
Grandmama and Daddy looking at all of the big sales for the next day.
Jamie did a great job with the turkey.

HAPPY 2nd BIRTHDAY JAKE!
He had 2 'cakes' this year. Uncle Brian and Mallory surprised Jake with a cookie of Mickey Mouse playing football. He's favorite 2 things!
We decided to get Jake a swingset for his birthday because he loves going to the playground in the neighborhood. Well, a simple swing set turned into a clubhouse and ordering one turned into Jamie actually building one. Thanks to our awesome friends for all of the help!
Must be Emily's bedtime.
Thanks to the cooks...
Jake got a Clemson bike from Ms. Pat and another bike from Jimmy and Linda. Guess which one he rides with Mama and which one he rides with Daddy!
Thanks for the sweatshirt Aunt Tara!
Best seat in the house to watch the football game.

Clemson Basketball
Last night we went to Jake's school for Thanksgiving dinner and then made it home just in time for Clemson basketball. I'm so glad Jake loves any kind of sport because it lets me be free from entertaining for a while. Good game Tigers!

Spa Day for Bailey
Yesterday was a day at the SPA for Bailey. They said she especially liked the belly rub. I liked it too because it was called the 'free belly rub'.
On our way to pick up Jake from school. Those eyebrows look so good!
Waiting to get a treat from Jake.
One last pose. I tell her daddy that orange is not her color but I can't argue about the safety part of it.

Riding the Bobcat
On the way back from our weekend at the stadium, we stopped by the lot to get a load of sand for the playground. Jake is always excited to ride the bobcat and this time he got to do some real work! In a little over 10 years the only difference will be that he'll be getting paid to do it....loading it into the truck.
