Lunch at Grouchos

Tonya, Suzanne and Emily came through Columbia to go to lunch on their way back home to Charlotte. Afterwards Jake got a surprise when everybody showed up at school and he was able to play with Emily for the rest of the afternoon.

The bobcat is all Jake talks about and since we had some time on Sunday we took Jake to the lot. He played on the bobcat,

watched the train,
and played in the rocks.
When this becomes his real job I wonder if he'll think it's as fun as it is today!

Congratulations to Michael and Joee on the arrival of their daughter Allaynna Michelle Batchelor. We all knew if Mike ever had a girl that he was going to have to find a way to get the name Michelle in there.

Myrtle Waves

Last weekend Jamie, Jake and I went to Myrtle Waves and had a blast. Jake pointed to the water all way to the car. Too bad it was 100+ degrees or we would have been there all day.
