USC Night at Chick-fil-a

Tonight was USC night at Chick-fil-a. Isaac and Jake dressed in their gamecock jerseys and were so excited to see the cow in his jersey and COCKY.

It was also Malachi's 1st birthday. Michelle treated the boys to brownies and Malachi to some ice cream. Thanks for the dessert Michelle!

Jamie: "Who are you talking to?"

Jake: "You daddy, that's your name. Charles Jamie Jester."

Jake has always told Jamie his name is Jamie Matheny Jester. We finally got him to add Charles in there and then he would always say Jamie 'Carl' Matheny Jester. Now it's Charles Jamie Jester. Wonder why this one is so hard??

Cooking Class...at home

This week we decided to have our 'cooking class' at home. Jake made pizza for dinner and it was d-e-l-i-c-i-o-u-s!!

Grocery Shopping

Jake loves going grocery shopping since he can push the cart himself. Today Isaac went with us and joined Jake in the big boy club.

Cooking Class

Yesterday was Jake's 1st class out of 4 at the cooking academy for kids. September is the month for tailgating food. We thought it would have been more about playing with cookie cutters but not so much. I think he had fun cutting things! Can't wait to see what happens next week.

Weekend at the Lake...

While Jamie studied for his finals, Jake and I headed to McCormick for a night. Aunt Suzanne, Aunt Tonya, Emily and Will was there as well. We always have such a great time and wish we could stay forever.
